I really like being able to hang out with friends, but my fixed sleep schedule got compromised and it broke again for the second time. :(

Having trouble juggling multiple fighting games as far as practice and playing with people goes. I run into the same problem I used to, which is trying to figure out when and where to go, as well as trying to tie in meeting up with friends. I think having too many friends is detrimental to my health.

As far as priority goes for the games I want to do well in for Evolution, it's Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, Melty Blood, then Super Street Fighter 4 whenever that comes out if you guys who are still on livejournal are wondering. It'll be a shame that I'll probably end up being the most competent in Street Fighter out of all of those though. That game in particular is mainly alive due to the popularity of the franchise and not completely on the merit of it being a good game, but that's debatable counting on who you ask. I'll leave it at that.

I brought Ada to the vet to be spayed around Tuesday, and when I brought her home Lizardman didn't recognize her at all due to the smell and started hissing at her. I was distraught until I found out that it's actually normal and they would get along again eventually. They're not threatened by each other now unless I bring one close to the other against their will, I probably shouldn't have done that. I thought they were fine now. :( I guess it'll take time.

Ugh, I really wish more people would play Tatsunoko vs Capcom, but people throwing out the same excuses really pisses me off. That never stopped me from when I didn't have my own copy of certain games and I learned how to play Guilty Gear going by my friend's house every few days, but I guess my brand of dedication from when I was younger isn't around as much now in this generation of gamers. Sigh.

So I'm still at home by myself with no one but my cats for another three weeks. Whee! Although, not being able to have too many people over is kinda saddening though, but that's how work is.

I'm almost done with Ace Attorney Investigations. The plot is so good close to the end, and they made the part I dreaded the most about the regular series (the investigations) not as dull! I'm pleased with this game, I am looking forward to more. :)

I'm putting off Heavy Rain until I finish the latter game, but I haven't heard anything but good things about it.

In other news, I'm contemplating going to Houston for something I want to do, but I'm not sure I want to since I am getting my cat Ada spayed on Tuesday. I kinda want to be at home to make sure my cat recovers ok. I have Wednesday and Thursday off too so if I don't go then I'll probably find something else to pass the time.

Ugh, in the middle of me trying to fix my schedule I keep waking up a few hours later at 3 or 4 am when I go to sleep around midnight to 1. :(

Still in the middle of my studies, but I'm not retaining the info as well as I'd like. Work is killing me as usual.

Man, I kinda wish I could cook things that aren't omelettes. At least it's a break from my usual fast food of french fries and chicken. >_>

I decided to dabble in the blog function at shoryuken.com since it just became a new feature, and typed up this article on why I play fighting games.

So I have a public outlet for the thing I like towards the community it's aimed towards to. Yay?

Man, cheddar goes great with eggs. :)

Being sick at home on your off day sucks a lot. I was hoping to be up for going out of the house and doing something, but it seems I'm just going to idle at home.

I kinda miss having people to help take care of me. :(

I guess it's back to watching episodes of Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood till I feel like getting up.

So right now, it seems I'm finding more and more ways to procrastinate this stupid online test. :) It reminds me of school so much, and the old days.

I really wish I could relive that time again.

I found out my parents along with my brother will be going out of town for a few months starting in a few hours. I'll gladly welcome not having to deal with my family, although it'll be a bit lonely outside of my cats. :( Oh well!

On another note, I found out I got fined for going too fast in the middle of nowhere. :( Those funds could've went towards my savings. ;.;

So yeah, the trip was pretty awesome, travelling with people that are easy to get along with is a great feeling. I totally miss doing this, but I really have to make sure I don't go overboard. I got the next two days off as well as today also, so its really tempting to just go off again, but I would be left with nothing. :/

The arcade there was pretty awesome, as expected. Not much to say though outside of that, I'm feeling lazy about it. :p

The place we were staying at had only 5 visitor spaces in the whole apartment complex, and we drove around for awhile until the towman comes up to us and was like "hey, I only tow two cars a night here and this is my second one, you'll be fine." We were all in disbelief. Alex, the tow truck guy, was our savior for the trip. Not once, but twice, since we had to stay there another night, and we slept out in the car for a few hours until he came up and was like "there's a present for you in the visitor's lot" and he had towed a car that was double-parked there. We were so happy, lol. Future reference though, I have to find an apartment complex that has parking for visitors. >_>

Procrastinating my school work, I really need to get on it. :(

This morning will be the first time in months where I'll be taking a trip out of town.

I'm procrastinating packing till the last minute since I don't have to carry much this time around. It's been a long time where I didn't have to worry about game systems and stuff, packing that crap was a pain and a half.

Gonna go see a bunch of people I haven't in a long time on the way, and play some new games! It'll be fun stuff.

I'm reading Hikaru no Go right now, I'm liking the character development, and I think it's extremely amusing that I have learned almost nothing about Go at all. XD A lot of the sentiments I get from how "they wouldn't truly understand how good someone is unless they play" and the like remind me of competetive gaming in general. It's really interesting.

Agh, this computer monitor is flickering a lot. Hopefully this thing doesn't explode on me, I don't feel like buying a new one until I move. Even if it is really tempting to buy an hd monitor for gaming, I gotta save this up. >_>

I should really be reading up on Blazblue Continuim Shift stuff so I won't go into the game blind, but I dunno if I'm really too interested. I might just wing it, lol
