So yeah, the trip was pretty awesome, travelling with people that are easy to get along with is a great feeling. I totally miss doing this, but I really have to make sure I don't go overboard. I got the next two days off as well as today also, so its really tempting to just go off again, but I would be left with nothing. :/

The arcade there was pretty awesome, as expected. Not much to say though outside of that, I'm feeling lazy about it. :p

The place we were staying at had only 5 visitor spaces in the whole apartment complex, and we drove around for awhile until the towman comes up to us and was like "hey, I only tow two cars a night here and this is my second one, you'll be fine." We were all in disbelief. Alex, the tow truck guy, was our savior for the trip. Not once, but twice, since we had to stay there another night, and we slept out in the car for a few hours until he came up and was like "there's a present for you in the visitor's lot" and he had towed a car that was double-parked there. We were so happy, lol. Future reference though, I have to find an apartment complex that has parking for visitors. >_>

Procrastinating my school work, I really need to get on it. :(

This morning will be the first time in months where I'll be taking a trip out of town.

I'm procrastinating packing till the last minute since I don't have to carry much this time around. It's been a long time where I didn't have to worry about game systems and stuff, packing that crap was a pain and a half.

Gonna go see a bunch of people I haven't in a long time on the way, and play some new games! It'll be fun stuff.

I'm reading Hikaru no Go right now, I'm liking the character development, and I think it's extremely amusing that I have learned almost nothing about Go at all. XD A lot of the sentiments I get from how "they wouldn't truly understand how good someone is unless they play" and the like remind me of competetive gaming in general. It's really interesting.

Agh, this computer monitor is flickering a lot. Hopefully this thing doesn't explode on me, I don't feel like buying a new one until I move. Even if it is really tempting to buy an hd monitor for gaming, I gotta save this up. >_>

I should really be reading up on Blazblue Continuim Shift stuff so I won't go into the game blind, but I dunno if I'm really too interested. I might just wing it, lol

Since I thought it was extremely weird that I went to sleep and woke up at a relatively normal time, I figured I would just update this thing.

There hasn't been much going on lately other than work. Not too much hanging out like I would want, but that's part of growing up I guess. :(

Passed my first test for the vet assistant training program! Kinda hard to fail since it was open book. ~_^ Still, double checking the answers took ages. X_X

My cats are really adjusted to the house now, barring a few instances with outside cats. The calico cat is really sweet. She lets us pet her, and stays around because we feed it. I've named her Fall, like the season, because her colors remind me of it. There's also a tom cat outside trying to get at my Ada when she's in heat. >_> I really need to get her fixed, but I can't afford it yet.

Game-wise, I've bought a psp awhile back and have been buying a bunch of games for it. atm I play Tekken 6 when I don't feel like loading up the ps3, and Final Fantasy Crisis Core, which I'm enjoying the plot but the battle.....eh. Oh well. I'll just sell it when I get around to finishing it.

Next weekend I'm heading out to Austin with a bunch of people for a tournament, and just to hang out in general. It should be fun. :)

The weather's slowly turning to what it should be, which always happens at this time of year here. It's cool, but not unbearable. Feels nice. :)

I'm getting antsy for Tekken 6's release. Some people already have it due to it breaking street date one way or another. The usual people who I bother about that sorta thing aren't as interested in T6, so I'm stuck waiting Tuesday, unless my gamestop has a midnight release, which I just called and found out that they aren't. :( Oh well, I guess I'll just hound them in the morning.

My vet assistant training stuff came in the mail today! I looked through the books and stuff and it doesn't seem too bad. It's exciting that I'm going to go through with this!

I just opened up my fortune cookie from when I went to a buffet yesterday, and the fortune reads "Don't worry about the world coming to an end. It's already tomorrow in Australia."

wtf is that supposed to mean lmao

And Flower, Sun, and Rain is the biggest test of my patience as a Suda51 fan. The game's SO horrible, but the plot and characters make you want to endure it for one more hour. :x

The quirkiness of the game Flower, Sun, and Rain. It's a shame the gameplay is grueling but I have to get through it so I can find out what happens. >_>

My cats, they're so cuddly.

The weather is so nice nowadays.

And this grape sno cone. I'm going to die of too much sugar, this thing has a lot of syrup in it and I've been eating them for the past week. :D~~~~~~~~~~

Other than the hilarity of the picture, this is not a joke. I am seriously playing someone in Street Fighter 4 for $100. :x

If you guys are bored today you should come, just for the hype factor alone. :)

So yeah, I moved back to my parents awhile ago, and the process was pretty hectic. Going through my old clothes and trimming the wardrobe down (you'd be surprised how much I actually had and didn't wear. >_>) as well as packing up everything that was mine took a day, but I got through it.

My parents, cousin from Vietnam, uncle in law, and my brother all came by even though I'm sure it was not necessary for all that manpower to come and get my stuff, but they wanted to do it all in one go.

The hardest part to move was the cats, Lizardman is not very fond of the pet carrier since the last time I put her in it, she went to the vet to get fixed and she stayed there overnight. :( There was a lot of resistance there, so I put her in a roomy box instead. Ada didn't fight going into the carrier and at least she went in. Poor Liz seemed like she was really upset that she was being carried off to somewhere else, it seemed like she was breathing heavy. ;.; Poor cat.

It's been around a week or so now and it seems that the cats are used to being here for the most part, although Liz has sprayed three times, one on my brother's blanket and twice on my bed. I bought something with feliway and hopefully that'll calm her down a bit. I'm hoping it's just because I'm not at home a lot due to work plus the environment change that she's acting like this, otherwise it might be medical related and I have to bring her to the vet. :/

But yeah, it seems like each day I'm getting closer to my goal, even though it's a year away. I need to concentrate, go me!

I have no days off next week.

AWESOME

I think I've actually developed a cough the past week and it hasn't gone away. It kinda sucks, but when there's $$$ involved, screw health

My ipod's battery went out sometime yesterday while I was working, which left me with nothing to listen to for 4 hours of my work shift. :(

I'm wondering how I should go about either replacing the battery or just buying a new mp3 player, I heard dealing with apple about this type of thing will still cost me. :/

I'm not a happy panda.

What does make me happy though is Sengoku Basara 3 is coming out to America, and due to the licensing of the anime series without changing the name, I have decent hopes for it. <3 Basara, Dynasty Warriors is so dull compared to them. :x

Damn you Dungeon Fighter, why are you crack?

For the curious, I'm on either StoneX, StoneY, or StoneZ. I know, imaginative, right? :p I'll most likely be on X or Z because those are the slayer and the fighter and I like those. The gunner is not something I'm fond of right now, but maybe later I'll warm up to him.

Man, quests and parties make you stay on the game hella longer. >_>

I'm waiting for this game to come out, open beta starts soon! It's a mmo game that's based on the beat-em-up Final Fight style formula but in pretty 2D. It's been out in Korea and Japan for awhile now, but it's finally coming out in English. I'm mainly interested in it because it's announced as a game to compete in for the World Cyber Games and wanted to see if the game was worth trying to compete in the pvp. :p

Look up videos on youtube, it looks really fun! Open beta keys are still available on gamespot and 1up.com.

So, I'm sitting at home and trying to figure out what to eat since I'm idling my hours away slowly due to not working. Usually this is where I go out and buy some random cheap fast food but I remembered there was a bunch of stuff I still had at home from the last time I went shopping for food, and stumbled upon the pho noodle packs and seasoning.

I went ahead and made it with some fumbling. Well, not too much since it's basically just boiling noodles in water with soup base in it, but it's still amazing (to me). XD I seem to have leftovers though. :( In hindsight, I also seem to have used too little water, I think I was trying to make sure I would taste the flavor of the soup base in the water but I put too little in. :p

Well, I guess this adds to what I can cook now to like, two. Hooray for eggs!

Man, that tournament was so free! Violet even almost won the other spot, but she got beat out since she didn't understand how to fight E Honda. :/

I'm off the Saturday for round 2, so I'm heading out there. :D It's a shame that I won't be able to make it to round 3 to win the trip to California, since during then I've already planned a trip to Atlanta to go to a tournament there. :( It seems so easy! ;.;

I've been playing Street Fighter 4 the past few days since the Japanese release (!!!) and I'm so addicted to it. Too bad the copy in my hands atm, otherwise I wouldn't be typing at this computer right now. ;.;

It's Valentine's Day, and me and Violet are planning to go out and do stuff. It's really close to our one-year anniversary and apparently this is her first Valentine's day with a guy, so it's really special for her.

Needless to say, I'll be busy all day. I'm actually supposed to be cooking her breakfast (!!!!!) right now, but I need some eggs and stuff to make omelets, since cooking eggs is the limit of my cooking skills. :p

Now if only the cat would get off of the computer monitor so I can finish typing! X_X

Damn you Bionic Commando Rearmed! Why are you so old-school and hard but so addicting? WHYYYYYYY

Also, pixeljunk Eden is pretty neat and trippy, I wish I hard one more person outside of Violet to play with me. :o

Oh, and I am currently in planning for moving out of the house, hopefully around next month. Hooray?
